Our project with homelessness charity Thames Reach was delivered on a not for profit basis. We partnered with their Employment and Resettlement Team to attract vacancies, engage employers and support their work ready candidates into sustainable employment.
As well as reviewing their assessment and coaching tools for candidates, the aim was to identify and embed good practice around job brokerage and employer engagement, enabling the team to secure sustainable employment for their clients.
Our consultants worked alongside Thames Reach to develop a strategic employer engagement model to generate employment opportunities and challenge employers to consider Thames Reach clients as viable candidates.
The hard work of the Employment Brokers and Prospectus consultants is reflected in Thames Reach developing a number of employer partnerships with national supermarkets, cultural institutions and a range of hospitality organisations. They provide work placements, paid vacancies and training opportunities to Thames Reach's work ready candidates.
