Prospectus is delighted to announce that Danny Homan is joining the Big Lottery Fund as Chief of Staff.
The Big Lottery Fund supports people and communities most in need across the UK. Marking 10 years, the Fund will be distributing around £750 million of National Lottery money in 2014, working to enhance and transform communities and lives by funding health, education, environment, and charity projects. The Fund has 900 staff and operates from offices in all four UK nations.
The Chief of Staff will lead the Fund’s Insight, Policy and Engagement Directorate, as well as working closely with the Chief Executive and other colleagues to drive forward key strategic projects across the organisation.
Danny Homan is currently the Communications and Development Director at Historic Royal Palaces. In this key leadership role, Danny has been responsible for repositioning the marketing, communications and development functions within an organisation running five of London’s most successful and high profile heritage attractions, including Tower of London and Kensington Palace. Previously, Danny was Sales and Marketing Director at Ascot Racecourse.
