Our client is a leading provider of housing services and supports individuals with high support needs including substance misuse, offending behaviours and mental health issues. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Worker to support their clients in a residential setting on a temporary on-going basis.
As Project Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day shift cover that supports the aim of the service. Managing a varied caseload of clients with high support needs, you will conduct initial assessments and interviews, provide key work session and support with budgeting skills. In addition, you will assist new service users moving into the service and provide general support to all residents on daily basis.
To be considered for this position, you will have proven experience of managing a caseload of clients with complex needs in a similar setting. Thorough knowledge of the issues faced by individuals who are homeless is essential as is previous carrying out keywork sessions. Strong understanding on safeguarding of vulnerable adults and confidentiality is paramount.
The project operate a 24/7 service with a rolling rota in place. Please NOTE that you need to be available to cover a range of shifts including sleep in cover and weekend work.
