Our client, a household name charity, is offering an opportunity for a talented Head of HR to play an active part in enabling their talented and committed workforce to save lives through positive human rights change.
Head of Human Resources
Circa £55,000 FTE
Flexible hours, Full or Part Time, minimum of 4 days per week
The Role and Person
Working closely with the Director of Corporate Services, and managing a high performing HR team, you will be instrumental in delivering the People and Culture strategy. Your ability to understand complex issues, deliver proactive solutions, instil a culture of performance management and support the organisation through a period of change will be essential. Ideally CIPD qualified, you will be experienced in leading a department and be able to manage a full range of HR services to a high standard, dealing with people sensitively and professionally at all levels along the way. This is a wide ranging role and you will need extensive knowledge of, and experience in: employment law, policy writing, pay and reward, trade union negotiation and using and understanding management information.
