Vice President, Learning Through Play in Early Childhood

Billund, Denmark

Competitive Compensation

Learning Through Play in Early Childhood is one of our three key programmes. Evidence shows that investing in children’s development at an early age has significant benefits for the child and society. Our aim is to integrate learning through play in early childhood development in a meaningful and engaging way so that many more children aged 0-6 become lifelong learners. To achieve this we have to reach parents, caregivers, governments and NGOs to change both attitudes and behaviours.

We are seeking to appoint an accomplished leader and global influencer with a strong knowledge base of early childhood development. An engaging and highly credible communicator, you have experience of leading successful advocacy initiatives using both traditional influencing tools and social media campaigns to reach larger audiences and communities. An experienced leader of people and multi-stakeholder programmes, you thrive on achieving through others. Your approach is based on collaboration, curiosity, integrity and a can-do attitude, and importantly you share our vision of learning through play.
