Our programmes inspire and ultimately support young people aged 11 to 30 to move into work, education, or training.

We are looking for a Director of Development to develop and implement an income generation strategy that allows us to expand our global reach and impact. Reviewing a range of funding, the Director of Development will develop existing and new opportunities from major donors and institutional donors as well as from social impact funders and earnt income. Working closely with the Chief Executive and the programmes team, the Director of Development will also develop the organisation’s strategy and capability as Prince’s Trust International moves from a start-up to a sustainable charity. The Director of Development will also work to manage our marketing and communications remit.

The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and creative senior fundraising professional, with a successful track record of growing income from major donors and institutional funders. As someone comfortable working in a change environment, you will thrive on leading and developing new funding opportunities. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, you will be ambitious in seizing the best opportunities to maximise the impact we can make for young people.
