We also work with film makers, production companies and TV studios to support emerging talent in film and TV through our Talent Development Programmes.
Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund
Director of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising
£70,000 - £90,000
The industry has changed dramatically over recent years and as such, CTBF must reflect and respond to these changes to ensure that our work is truly reflective of the needs of industry and those working within it. As such, we have appointed a new Chief Executive in 2017 with a mission to complete a strategic review, raise our profile and significantly extend our reach and impact.
In early 2018 we are re-naming, re-branding and re-launching the charity. We will be re-engaging with the industries we serve and those who work within them, to reconnect and ensure we are relevant and in-step with the fast-moving pace of our industries and the changing nature of work.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Director of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising to develop a clear strategy to raise our profile and secure income to ensure the long term sustainability of the charity. The result will be a charity that effectively engages important audiences, and is positioned in the heart of the film and TV industries as an insightful thought-leader that thoroughly understands and effectively supports the needs of those working in the sector.
The successful candidate will be a senior leader with consolidated marketing and communications experience, who will have a strong track record of delivering successful strategies and business plans to drive growth. Experience of driving income and resources through corporate partnerships, sponsorship or experience of fundraising in the charity sector would be highly desirable. You will also bring excellent leadership experience, with the ability to inspire confidence and build a team of highly motivated and well qualified staff through a period of exciting and ambitious change.
